I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Anthi-Maria Pallas and her amazing team for being so wonderful and planning the most perfect day for my husband and I! We originally booked our wedding through a travel operator back in March 2017, completely oblivious to the numerous complications we were going to encounter. With just 3 months to go until our big day with 50 guests due to fly to Rhodes, we made the crazy decision to cancel our wedding.
I rang Anthi-Maria at Happily Ever After in a state of panic, a phone call she says she will never forget. She was so reassuring and understanding on the phone, I knew from that moment I could put my trust in her to organise such a special day to us.
From that first phone call, we emailed more or less every other day, arranging everything to do with our wedding day. Nothing was ever too big or too little for Anthi-Maria. She arranged every little detail I asked for perfectly.
She dealt with my fussy, sometimes odd requests with ease.
The whole planning and organising went so smooth I was sure that something was going to go wrong on the day because, who has it that easy in the run up to their wedding day without a hitch on the day right? Well the day was more perfect and beautiful than we ever imagined. When we first met Anthi-Maria, she was so friendly and welcoming, we had an instant connection.
I had a picture in my head of how it was all going to look but it was so much more than I could have ever asked for and for that, I will be forever grateful to Anthi-Maria and her team. Anthi-Maria and her team worked tirelessly on the day making sure that everything was perfect at all times. Even once the evening had come to an end, my husband and I stayed with Anthi-Maria, her lovely mother and her team talking and reminiscing about the day, it was the perfect end to the most perfect day.
Anthi-Maria, you are simply amazing and you have become a dear friend of mine who I will cherish forever. We cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for us. You made our day truly special, a day we will never ever forget. ????
