Me and my stunning new wife would like to thank everyone at Happily ever after weddings, Leigh Ann in particular for creating the most incredible day for us. We were a little bit nervous at first when we decided to get married abroad especially as neither of us had been to Rhodes before but once we had seen photos of Lindos and especially St Pauls Bay, we were smitten. We surfed the web looking at how you would even begin to organise a wedding abroad, it wasnt long before we came across the Happily Ever After website. From the moment we sent our first email to them, they made us feel so at ease, talking us through the whole process of getting married at St Pauls Bay step by step.
After a few days of arriving on Rhodes we had a pre wedding meeting with the Happily Ever After team at St Paul's. Even though we had seen many photos of the chapel and the bay itself, nothing can prepare you for it's beauty when you see it first hand. We later went to Skala Beach Taverna where we would hold our reception and finalised last minute details, again a perfect location right on the beach.
When our big day arrived the team were amazing, Tracey met myself (the groom) and all the guests at St Paul's, talking us through the order of the ceremony whilst Liz and her mum and Dad were greeted by Leigh Ann.
The ceremony itself was brief but spot on, the flowers were stunning, a mixture of Coral, Turquoise and yellow, exactly as we had requested. The chairs were all covered and topped with coral bows which made it feel more official and Mark Usher played some of our favourite songs on his acoustic Guitar which sounded awesome in the Lindian sun. We then boarded a glass-bottomed boat where we drank some very welcome ice cold Champagne and lager as we cruised along the Lindian coast. The captain of the boat played some amazing tunes really kicking the party off in style.
After an hour or so cruise on the boat we docked right next to Skala Beach Taverna where we enjoyed a phenomenal BBQ in the most perfect setting. The DJ played every single track that we had requested and every one of our guests commented on how great the music was, we even had our first dance on the beach...not many can say that!
I tried to keep this testimonial to Happily Ever After brief but it was too difficult, the attention to detail was mind blowing, no request too big or to small, thanks Steffanos, Leigh Ann, Tracey and everyone else involved... it was perfect, better than we ever could have imagined, you really did exceed our expectations xxxxx
